Our team consists
of Carol Hebert-Harper, Michelle Molinari, Susan Eldredge, Barbara Guilliot, and Renee Molinari.
Carol has
been an interior decorator for over 35 years. She has designed and decorated homes in Los Angeles, Palm Springs,
Houston, and has returned to her hometown of Abbeville, Louisiana. Carol
presently prefers the fabrication
and design aspect of her craft, solving design and lighting issues.

As a color consultant for a major
industry leader in the field of decorating, Michelle brings her knowledge of computerized imaging and cutting-edge trends
to the staging arena. She is also a graduate of Certified Staging Professionals and the President of the Lafayette
Chapter of the Real Estate Staging Association (RESA). When you call "Feature This...", Michelle will
be there every step of the way of the staging process, from the initial consult to your Open House.
Sue is
an artist, faux finisher, and professional organizer. She coordinates our project team and generates enthusiasm and
ideas for streamlining the overall appearance of your property using careful accessory selection and installation. Sue
is also a Certified Staging Professional and Member of RESA.
Renee is on the Conceptual Staging side of the business. With her training from the New York Institute
of Photography and her passion for artistic creation, she has proved herself both adept and invauable in detecting design
flaws in the images our clients provide. She knows how important those photographs are for a superior first impression over
the competition, and she aides our cleints to activate their images to create the most impact.
Barbara Guillot is a fantastic stager who was one of the very first practitioners
in our area. She's been staging new construction since 2006. We rely on Barbara to assist us both in our Conceptual Staging
endeavors as well as our traditional staging work here in the Lafayette area. She is an invaluable member of our team and we feel blessed to have her working with us.
Paul Broussard
is a Master Carpenter with a lifetime of experience. Paul works with us on-site to make your spaces live up to their
potential. Utilizing his skills, he dramatically directs the buyer's attention to the details that
excite them to make offers.
